AI Accounting provides AI-powered accounting services including but not limited to: automated bookkeeping, rolling financial forecasts, real-time financial dashboards, accounts payable and receivable automation, and month-end close automation. Specific services, deliverables, and pricing are defined in individual service agreements between AI Accounting and each client.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice to active clients.

Program description: AI Accounting sends two types of SMS messages:

• Transactional messages: Meeting reminders, appointment confirmations, service updates, account notifications, and other non-promotional communications related to your AI Accounting services.
• Marketing messages: Promotional offers, service announcements, educational content, and other marketing communications (only with your explicit marketing consent).

Consent: You must explicitly opt in to receive SMS messages by checking the appropriate consent checkbox(es) on our contact form. Providing your phone number alone does not constitute consent to receive SMS messages.

Message frequency: Message frequency may vary based on your service tier and account activity.

Fees: Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier.

Opt-out process: To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP to any text message. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After opting out, you will not receive further SMS messages unless you re-enroll.

Data usage: Phone numbers and SMS consent data are used solely to deliver the messages you have consented to receive. This data is not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. It may be shared with SMS service providers (such as Twilio or GoHighLevel) solely for message delivery purposes.

Carrier disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Impersonate any person or entity
